How To Register:
The attendance fee for members is $200.00 USD for the first person registering from a member company, and $100.00 USD (a 50% discount) for each additional person from the same company. To check membership status, join, or re-join, please email Kay Wright (kwright@pfa.org).
The attendance fee for non-members is $400.00 USD for the first person registering from a non-member company and $200.00 USD (a 50% discount) for each additional person from the same company.
Students can register for a special rate of $50 per person.
After completing and sending the form below, you will be redirected to our online payment page.
After payment is received, a receipt will be provided via e-mail. In subsequent emails, you will receive your meeting log-in information.
